Returns & Refund Policy

At Brooto (by The Harban Foods), we prioritize hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict No Return / No Refund policy.

  • 1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

  • All our food products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to:
  • Their perishable nature
  • Strict hygiene and safety standards
  • Risk of tampering or contamination once delivered

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of taste or flavor
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

2. Exceptions – When You May Be Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are considered only in the following situations:

  • The item is damaged, leaked, or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is expired on arrival

To be eligible:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Send an email to support@brooto.shop with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Brief description of the problem
  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

3. Refunds (If Approved)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
